Health Guarantee and Contract
*** This puppy, as defined here, to be a Boxer Puppy, which embodies the characteristics of the Boxer breed. This puppy is purebred and is registerable with the Canadian Kennel Club***

*The buyer has agreed to pay a $200 non-refundable deposit. The remaining amount is to be paid upon pick up or prior to delivery of the puppy.
*Puppies will be able to go to their forever home at the age of 8 weeks (no sooner) with the few exceptions that may need a full 10 weeks before they can go.
*As the purchaser of this puppy you are responsible to provide he/she with routine preventative care, such as, but not limited to :
- Annual physical examinations by a liscenced veterinarian
- Follow veterinarians guidelines for vaccinations and deworming
*The buyer agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition and to provide the above. The buyer agrees that regular and emergency veterinary treatment of this said puppy is at their expense to maintain good health.
*The buyer MUST have the puppy spayed or neutered within 6 months of purchase and MUST fax or send a copy of a vet spay or neuter certificate to seller by certified mail. In the event that this is not done, the seller has the right to seize the puppy back on the grounds of breach of contract, at the buyers expense. This applies only to non-breeding contracts.
*If the puppy is sold with breeding rights, the buyer MUST agree that the puppy can NOT be used for breeding until the age of 2 years. The puppy may only be bred to another REGISTERED BOXER after the 2 years and can NOT be bred with an unregistered boxer or any other breed of dog. The puppy shall NOT be used for backyard or experimental breeding.
*The first set of shots will have been administered at 8 weeks. The puppy has also been given a preventative wormer by the seller. Remember the puppy has not had his/her complete series of vaccinations and is not fully protected against disease. It is recommended that the puppy be quarantined from other pets until all vaccinations have been administered.
*The seller does not assume any liability for any injury or veterinary expenses to said puppy after the puppy is picked up (by the buyer) or delivered (to the buyer).
*If puppy is being shipped and delivered, buyer assumes all costs of shipping and delivering.
*If this puppy has not been examined by a vet for travel, the Buyer agrees to have this puppy examined within 48 hours of delivery. If the puppy arrives ill (after shipping) the buyer shall immediately have the puppy examined by their veterinarian at the buyers expense. If the puppy is found to be other than healthy by the buyer's vet, then the buyer shall elect to keep the puppy or return the puppy to the seller at no refund only exchange for other puppy. The buyer will pay all costs to ship puppy back as well as shipping new puppy. Please note that new puppy may not be from same sire and dam and be of different color and markings. If buyer elects to return the puppy, buyer shall attempt to make contact with the seller by sending the written veterinarians certificate stating that the puppy was in ill health when examined (within 2 days of recieving the puppy), by certified mail and/or fax. Upon reciept of the certificate the buyer shall be obligated to return the puppy at the buyer's expense and the seller will be obligated to replace the puppy when another puppy is available. This contracted will be voided on the said returned puppy and a new contract will be signed for the new puppy.
*NOTE : This contract is concerning life-threatening GENETIC illnesses. This does not cover, nor is the seller responsible for illnesses that are contracted, such as, but not limited to :
- bacterial infections
- virus
- pneumonia, lung infections, asthma, allergies, colds, etc.
- parasites
*The seller offers 1 full year Health Gaurantee on the puppy for life threatening GENETIC illnesses only with veterinarian certificate stating the illness and when diagnosed. Some, but not all, exemptions for gaurantee are stated above. The Health Gaurantee is for EXCHANGE of another puppy (when available) ONLY, no refund.
*The buyer agrees that he/she is not acting as an agent in the purchase of this said puppy and that the buyer will not sell this puppy or its progeny to any agent, pet store or guard dog business. Nor will they participate in any legal or illegal fight training, events or activities.
*This said puppy is microchipped by the seller.
*The seller (breeder) agrees to take back the puppy at any age (with no refund and no questions asked) if buyer decides they are unable to care for the said dog rather than this dog go to a shelter or to another home. If the buyer voluntarily drops this puppy off at ANY shelter or gives/sells puppy to another buyer, the buyer loses any rights or recourse in this contract. It is the sellers responsibility to find the puppy another aproved home. If the buyer is found GUILTY of animal cruelty or neglect of ANY animal during this dog's lifetime, ownership of the dog reverts back to the seller.
*The seller had the right to inspect the buyers residence at any time if the seller feels or has notification that the said puppy is being mistreated in any way. This includes such things but not limited to: abandonment, malnutrition and abuse.
*The seller neither makes nor implies any warranties or gaurantees, expressed or implied, other than those written in this agreement including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between breeder and buyer with respect to this sale.
*The buyer's signature below indicated that he/she has read, agrees and DOES understand all the conditions of this agreement and contract of sale. This agreement is made for out mutual benefit to protect the buyer as well as the seller, but most of all, the PUPPY!
**BEWARE** Acepromazine, referred to as ACE, can NOT be given to BOXERS! It is a matter of life and death. Buyers, please educate yourself on this drug. Here is a link to a website with more information on this drug and its use on the Boxer.
